Renewed Level III Accreditation

House of Refuge Foundation, Inc. (HORFI) has reached a significant milestone in its mission to serve neglected, abandoned, and surrendered children in the National Capital Region, achieving Level 3 renewal of accreditation (Center of Excellence) from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). This accomplishment marks the successful end of a long journey filled with dedication, late nights, and hard work, as the team tirelessly prepared to meet the standards of the accreditation process. For months, HORFI’s dedicated staff poured countless hours into organizing documents, refining procedures, and demonstrating their commitment to providing quality care. Today, their efforts paid off, as HORFI's Executive Director, Social workers, and OIC admin Officer proudly received the accreditation certificate from DSWD's top Executives/representatives. The joy and pride on their faces reflected the immense effort and commitment that each team member invested in achieving this goal.

This Level 3 accreditation places HORFI among a distinguished group of NGOs recognized for their excellence in social welfare. The certification not only validates HORFI's standards of care but also aligns with the foundation's mission to create a safe and nurturing environment for vulnerable children. Through this achievement, HORFI stands as a beacon of hope, resilience, and dedicated service for children in need. As HORFI continues its journey, this recognition fuels its commitment to serve even better, affirming that all its hard work has been worth it. With gratitude and excitement for the future, HORFI proudly steps forward as one of the premiere and leading NGOs in the Philippines especially in NCR, ready to keep making a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
